totallybooks.com.au will issue a replacement for damaged goods provided we are notified within 48 hours from the time of you receiving the goods. You will be required to return the damaged product prior to the issue of the replacement. We do not issue refunds for damaged goods unless there is an issue sourcing a replacement.

totallybooks.com.au will issue a credit note for general returns received within three (3) months of the original order process date provided that they are received in a resalable condition, and proof of purchase can be made through order tracking. Advance notice must be given via email or a telephone call to +61(0)2 9817 7701 that a return is intended.

totallybooks.com.au advises customers planning to make such returns to use adequate packaging to avoid potential damage to the returned item as we will not take responsibility for damage incurred after it has been posted back to us but prior to our receipt of the returned product.

The first time you purchase goods from the totallybooks.com.au online store you will be required to set up a customer account via the My Account link.

Use the search function at the top of the site to search by author, title, ISBN or related words. Once you have found the book you are looking for click on the title of the book and click 'add to cart' and the item will be automatically added to your shopping cart.
